another friday rolls around and we bid adieu to another week. i have had a busy week over here at the blog. we have been talking about home organization. this week, we started with a look at my kitchen. we have also been talking about all things summer fashion. whether it’s how to wear denim this summer, or how to wear a blazer this summer – the season is officially here this sunday. today we are going to stick with our casual cool, i have an easy hummus recipe to share and the cocktail is a delicious julep, just perfect to beat the heat! join us today as we keep it easy like friday morning. we’re talking how to wear a cardigan this summer.

best of summer july: friday cool
hey gang! another friday is upon us. as my quest for the perfect summer top wraps up on the blog, i want to close the week with a casual sleeveless tank. we’re all about friday cool this week, but this isn’t your plain ol’ casual sleeveless top… we also have a delicious soup which can be served hot or cold – perfect for these hot summer days. and a slushy-style cocktail, minus the blender! it’s all here today, on fridays with oscar.

best of summer august: hot pink for summer
as another friday rolls around, we are closing the week with a delicious appetizer and a cocktail in honor of oscar called the old pal. as casual fridays go, my outfit today defines weekend lounging. on these hot august days, comfort is key so i have oh-so-comfy jean shorts and a light and loose sweater – which is perfect for staying comfortable in the air conditioning.
