    I am pleased to learn I am doing a lot of what you described already, although I do eat some dairy. I hadn’t realized you were eliminating dairy. My mom told me years ago that in a grocery store it was always best so shop the perimeter of the store, as that’s where all the whole, healthy foods were. I still think of that every time I shop, and she was so right. You look great, so it’s working for you, Beth!

    Interesting comment on the Chicharrones website, “all the fat is fried out in the cooking process”. If the process is frying and the fat is fried out! What does that mean? Frying is frying! Confusing.
