    FWFL has made such a difference for me! I adopted their intermittent fasting and carb cycling program two years ago at 56 and lost 20 lbs in the right places. I still track all my meals and recipes through the My Fitness Pal program and monitor my carb cycling daily. It is so worth the effort! I never took to their exercise program so continued my own preferred walking and occasional barre method class…and I’ve still kept those 20 lbs off, even with periodic cheat days.
