    Yes–these casserole recipes are very familiar–I’ve definitely made my share of those bread/egg night-before casseroles. Now, I’m more likely to make a frittata, and maybe fried apples with cinnamon alongside. And yum-anything by Ina is usually pretty darned good! You’re making me hungry!
