t’s hump day, ladies; we’re halfway through the week. and my schedule is in full blown mode complete with back-to-gym attendance. my muscles are complaining, but it feels good to be in a routine again. as we age, exercise is so important as we lose muscle mass at a rapid rate. use it or lose it as they say. so i’m lifting weights, rowing and running to keep my machine fine tuned. it’s all about maintenance these days.
