a jean jacket never gets old to me. i love to pull it on over skirts, dresses, and of course, my fav white denim. the simple black and white color scheme helps to keep the look polished, but nothing says laid-back faster than a good old denim jacket. i’ve had this one hanging in my closet for close to twenty years. it’s been ‘on trend’ numerous times, but, to me, it is a tried-and-true classic that goes with just about everything. if you’re thinking about adding a mainstay to your wardrobe, think no further than a simple jean jacket.

Love your blog — your style and clothing choices (and age) match mine exactly and I like seeing the creative and stylish way you put it all together. My short silver hair looks a lot like yours as well, but I’m curious about how the back is styled — can you show a shot of the cut from the back? It looks very short (layered?), while the front and side has all the soft length. Thanks! I read every day, and love learning from you how to achieve the same looks.
hi laura!
thanks for stopping by! i will do my best to post a shot from the back so you can see the cut from a different perspective. it is cut short with a little fringe at the ends. so happy to hear you are finding inspiration from my posts! that’s what it’s all about!
