Happy Tuesday, ladies! Can you believe we're already a month into 2023? Reflecting back, January truly is a month when we reset, recharge, and refresh. Whether that’s making New Year’s resolutions, setting new goals or simply tweaking our daily routines. So today, I'm sharing my favorite loungewear & athleisure outfits and brands along with some health tips I've pulled into my daily routine.
As you know, this blog is dedicated to aging with grace, strength, and beauty. I really believe health is the new wealth, which is why we want to keep our bodies in tip top condition to chase after grandchildren or roam the cobblestone streets of Italy.
Even if you’ve shelved exercise from your life it’s never too late to start again. As a matter of fact, it’s never too late for anything! So go ahead and DO IT!
Today, I'm sharing my favorite loungewear & athleisure brands

Let’s not neglect our downtime at home. I love to climb into a comfy sweater or sweatshirt at the end of the day. T for Talbots always has a great selection of items and I couldn’t resist this racer stripe sweater and navy joggers.
I ordered these jazzy sneakers right after Christmas (they are flying off the shelves) to go with the outfit but they were back ordered and didn’t arrive in time for the photo shoot. But I can tell you they are so comfy and I love how modern and fresh they look.
Exercise tip: A good strength and mobility test is to cross one leg in front of the other, cross your arms in front of you too, and slowly sit down on the floor. Once seated reverse the process until you're standing again. Not as easy as it sounds, right?!
When I’m headed to Pilates class (I recently added one more class per week to my schedule) I usually reach for a tank and leggings. But a sports bra is an important item too. Athleta is always a favorite brand of mine for workout wear. How cute are these camo leggings?
Lots of options when it comes to pairing it with tops. Today it’s all about blue! And, yes, the knee that’s bent had a TKR in March of 2020. I’ve worked hard to get that knee in proper working condition.
Gut Health Tip: I'm all about paying attention to my gut health. I just partnered with Global Healing on Instagram and Oxy Powder which supports a healthy digestive system. Save 15% off for 24 hours with code Style.
I’ve been singing the praises of Vuori joggers for some time. I recently added a black pair to my closet and I can’t say I’m sorry. If you love comfort then this is the jogger for you! A simple black cashmere hoodie and modern mule sneakers complete the look.
Skincare Tip: If you’re looking for clean beauty products I was recently introduced to Osea skincare. My daughter-in-law Kelly has been singing their praises for quite a while so I was happy to try their skincare line. I’m a now big fan too!
Use code BETH_ADV for 10% off your purchase of OSEA Skincare products. The cleanser has such a refreshing smell and the eye serum has a rollerball applicator for easy application.
If you’re running around town on errands but still want to look chic I highly recommend these wide-leg joggers and half-zip sweatshirt from Spanx. This brand has really branched out from its beginnings when it was all about shapewear.
I paired the wide-leg joggers with platform sneakers. And a canvas tote is always a good idea when it’s time for errands.
Style tip: wide leg pants balance well with block heels or platform shoes.
