Granted, the calendar clearly states summer begins on June 20th and ends on September 22nd, but I always think of summer kicking off with Memorial Day and lasting through Labor Day. So today I am sharing Linen Looks for Summer. Here we are celebrating Memorial Day 2024, a day of remembrance for all the men and women who have lost their lives protecting the United States of America. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Let’s never forget that freedom has a high price tag.

Today, I’m headed to a family BBQ, and I love to honor our patriotic holidays. Last week, I shared ten outfit inspirations for Memorial Day, including this cute flag tee. But if you prefer a more subdued outfit, Frank and Eileen just might be up your alley.
Versatility is the name of the game when it comes to your wardrobe. I love to select pieces that will last a long time and that you can mix and match with other items in your closet. An indigo button-up is a wardrobe staple that goes beautifully with white wide-leg denim or navy walking shorts in ten colors.
If you want comfortable shorts, these linen shorts with a hint of stretch must be it! The fit is flattering, and as soon as I tried them on, I knew they would be my go-to shorts all summer long.
Y’all know I love me a white button-up shirt. And I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect one for years. Ladies, this white linen blouse comes mighty close to perfection. The fabric is loose and breezy, perfect for those hot summer days that have yet to arrive. And if you have a large bust, take note, as this blouse would be just the ticket.
Again, you can mix and match this button-up with the white wide-leg denim for a monochromatic look or pair it with the navy walking shorts. Add sandals or sneakers, and you are set for the day.
