Revolutionize Your Hair Care Routine: Game-changing Tips for Mature Hair

Interesting post today as I am one of those whose hair has aged as my body has. I have tried many hair products, and finally found a product that works on my fine and thin hair, it’s AOB. It comes from Canada. And I love it. It gives me beautiful shine and body. The conditioner works great without weighing down my hair. I definitely recommend this brand. I tried the Hair Biology, but it didn’t do anything for my hair at all.

I love HB products but really dislike the smell of the silver & glowing. I always use the cream conditioner to mask the smell of the shampoo.

Gah, my hair never had much volume to start with! Super fine and soft, so products never held. Even getting perms (very early 90’s, in my early teens), the top two-three inches of my hair would be dead straight again in literally days (that was as awful a look as it sounds). I’ve found that collagen supplements every day, added to my morning cup/pot of tea has really helped though (I’d seen them advertised, and on sale at my local Costco, but it wasn’t till you talked about it that I figured I’d give it a go).

And when I started to go grey, I started using the silver shampoo you recommended (the hair biology one mentioned again today) about every 10 days or so since I’m grey-ing and not grey yet, and find it makes a huge difference in how good all the tones of my mid-blonde hair look, plus it smells great too.
