once september rolls around i love to bring out the heavy artillery. or in this case my beloved camo chinos. they go great with a variety of colors. blue, grey, orange, i’ve even paired them with a black schoolboy blazer. but today i went with a softer color scheme and picked a pale blush silk blouse that softens the entire outfit with a hint of femininity. i added a pair of metallic sandals and tied it in with a gold metallic belt, because next to blazers belts are my all-time favorites. yes, i’m still tucking in my shirts after all these years. mostly due to the fact belts rock. but next to belts one of my favorite jackets is a military jacket. i particularly love this one as you can cinch the waist or leave it boxy. today it’s cinched to give the overall look a bit of structure. so there you have it. another ootd is in the books.
