6 Super Bowl Recipes
1.Easy Skillet Taco Dip
Since we have the Super Bowl coming up this weekend, I thought a super Easy Skillet Taco Dip might be a good addition to your Super Bowl Spread. The thing is, this one skillet taco dip is great as a meal too. Serve with street taco-size tortillas, corn or flour, and let everyone help themselves to create their own little tacos. This is an easy dish to throw together, mostly with pantry and fridge staples.

2. The Best Ham and Cheese Sliders
The upcoming Super Bowl has turned my attention to a Game Day recipe today. We will have a small group of family over for the game and while we will likely have a few of the usual suspects (I’m looking at you Hot Wings), I wanted to toss a new recipe in the mix. Something easy and unfussy, delicious and unexpected. So I came up with these Ham and Cheese Sliders. Store-bought brioche rolls, deli sliced Black Forest ham, gruyere cheese and caramelized onions, with a horseradish mayo – toasted to perfection.

3. Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli
Today we are trying our hand at Toasted Ravioli. I never knew about Toasted Ravioli until I lived in St. Louis, which is where it originated. Lou Oldani Sr. is credited with inventing the deep-fried ravioli in the 1940’s, at his restaurant Oldani’s in St. Louis’s Italian neighborhood, The Hill. There is always contention when it comes to recipe origins and Toasted Ravioli is no different. In addition to Oldani’s (now Mama’s on The Hill), Angelo’s (now Charlie Gitto’s) also boasted the invention of Toasted Ravioli. Whoever actually came up with it, I am sure glad they did because Toasted Ravioli is genius.

4. Easy Popcorn Chicken
I have a fun recipe today that is great for a game day snack or a Halloween party spread. With flavorful breading that crisps up to a satisfying crunch; tender, juicy chicken breast, these fried chicken bites will not disappoint. Serve up a basket of Popcorn Chicken with a variety of dipping sauces and I promise, these will be the hit of the party!

5. Picnic Sandwich with Artichoke Pepper Spread
Picnic season is upon us and today, we are making a great Picnic Sandwich. This is one of those easily customizable recipes that you can throw together over the course of a morning and have it ready for an afternoon picnic, or keep it wrapped in the fridge until the next day. I think the real star of this Picnic Sandwich is the Artichoke Pepper Spread – artichoke hearts, garlic, basil, sweet Piquantรฉ peppers and Calabrian chilis processed together and stirred with olive oil to make a savory, sweet and spicy sandwich spread.

6.Cรณctel de Camarรณnes (Mexican Shrimp Cocktail)
Leading up to Cinco de Mayo, I am sharing another Mexican recipe; today we have Cรณctel de Camarรณnes, or Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. Mexican Shrimp Cocktail is a bit more robust than the type we usually see on an appetizer menu. This version has diced jicama, cucumbers, onions and avocado. It’s refreshing and light, with a little bit of spice.
