one thing i’ve learned through the years is that when healthy food choices are on hand it’s next to impossible to make the wrong choice. that’s why it’s important to stock the fridge with fresh nutritious foods. but stocking my freezer is just as important so i turn to Daily Harvest. if you are not familiar with this company here’s a little background: they deliver food that’s organic fruits and vegetables right to your door. amen! Daily Harvest works directly with farmers to grow the best produce, harvest it at peak ripeness, and freeze it right at the source to lock in nutrients and taste. with over 90 options to choose from that are ready in minutes what could be simpler? sometimes i just need an easy way to incorporate a delicious meal with unmatched nutrition. now that’s a win/win.
figuring out my next meal is easy with Daily Harvest. it’s comforting to know i don’t have to think twice about the nourishing ingredients i put into my body as all of their food is free of preservatives or anything artificial! Daily Harvest is always gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based without any gums, fillers, and refined sugars. plus i love the convenience of having Daily Harvest delivered to my front door. the only decision i have to make is which of their 11 collections to choose from. the food only takes one step to prep and can be served within minutes. just blend, soak or heat depending on the instructions. Daily Harvest also offers flexible deliveries (skip a week, change box sizes, or pause your plan at any time) and a wide variety of options so my meals are customized to my schedule and what i’m craving. if you want to try it for yourself get up to $40 off your first box of Daily Harvest with code STYLE.
here’s a sampling of Daily Harvest from smoothies to oat bowls, harvest bowls, flatbreads, and a little something for your sweet tooth. the food is always built on organic fruits and vegetables and can be popped into the freezer until ready to eat.
a great way to start my day is with the strawberry + gogi berry oat bowl with ingredients like strawberry, oats, goji berry, flax seed, haskap berry, and vanilla bean. simply pour the liquid milk of your choosing (i used almond milk) over the bowl and set in the fridge overnight. in the morning you have a tasty and nutritious breakfast waiting for you. you can also add your liquid and heat the oat bowls up in the microwave or on the stovetop for hot oats!
there are so many healthy choices from Daily Harvest. what’s my favorite? it’s hard to choose sometimes but mint + cacao was on repeat all summer long. all i know is i simply love their smoothies. and they’re ready in minutes, all you have to do is add a liquid of your choice to the cup of frozen ingredients and blend! if you want an extra dose of healthy add collagen peptides!

the kale + sweet potato flatbread is nutritious and delicious. it’s the perfect accompaniment to the sweet potato + wild rice hash harvest bowl. all the ingredients are listed on each and every package. it’s important to me to know exactly how my body is being fed. it’s so easy to pop the flatbread into the oven then bake for twenty minutes. while it’s baking i can easily whip up the harvest bowl. you can heat up the harvest bowls on the stovetop or in the microwave using the 100% microwavable and compostable DH bowl, so there’s no clean up. i love to cook a fast, easy and delicious meal especially when i’m in a time crunch.
when you’re looking for a good snack, the cacao nib + vanilla bites hit the spot. they’re free of artificial ingredients, like all Daily Harvest food, and built on powerful superfoods so they fit into my clean, healthy lifestyle diet. the whole ingredients in these bites include: chickpea, coconut, cacao, kabocha squash, maca, and vanilla bean.
and don’t forget to leave room for dessert! Daily Harvest scoops are their plant-based, dairy-free ice cream, made from only real ingredients and no added sugar. the vanilla + salted swirled black sesame scoops hit the spot. it’s free of artificial ingredients and added sugars so it fits into my clean, healthy diet. just let sit out for 10 minutes before enjoying perfectly creamy scoops.

Just placed my second order of Daily Harvest. Delicious, flavorful food! I tried a pre-made food service before and there is no comparison. And you can’t beat the simplicity of it. Definitely worth a try!!
glad to hear you love Daily Harvest as much as i do! enjoy!
Hi Beth, This comment is more about your blog than about this post. I’m so glad you moved the featured post to the top. And put your welcome post below it. I came to your new site for several days before I figured out that your welcome post was just that. I thought that maybe with a new site you might be having difficulty keeping up w new posts. Thought about suggesting the move yesterday when I finally figured out where to find your current post. I don’t subscribe, which would have helped (I get way too much email as it is), but I visit almost every day. So again, good decision.
thanks for the feedback. we’re still tweaking a few things but nearing the finish line. but the site is quite easy to navigate and has many more posts available to view. all you have to do is scroll. xo
