About The Author

  1. Good post. I don’t like the faux leather pants but this post shows how you can change it up.

    1. faux leather or leather pants have been a wardrobe staple of mine for years! they’re a great alternative to denim and have that cool girl chic vibe.

  2. I love all the ways you styled these faux leather pants! As usual, they are so cute and classic looking at the same time. Hit it out of the ballpark again.

    1. so glad you found some inspiration.

  3. Marcia Rayne

I am looking for the Ralph Lauren plaid trousers , the link on the post sent me to Banana Republic! They donโ€™t carry RL. My faux leggings are so loose on me that they now look like trousers.
    Thanks.

    1. the Ralph Lauren pants are old. when that happens we link to something similar.

  4. Kathleen McDermott

I love posts where you style a piece many different ways. Also find your various monochromatic looks very pleasing. I know the cropped pant is in style, but I hope that trend is short-lived. I find it mystifying as full length pants are so much more flattering. That said, you always look fabulous and manage to make even a style I donโ€™t like look appealing. You are a pro! P.S. Love the new OOTD feature.

    1. thanks for the feedback!

  5. Great inspiration, Beth. Love the idea of the black monochromatic, illustrating how leather and pearls can work so beautifully together. Camel blazer is on my purchase list – timeless and chic.
