tee time
while the weather has been absolutely delightful this week – no humidity – i’m taking advantage wardrobe-wise. and a cardigan is a welcome sight any time of year (think chilly movie theaters and office buildings) but during the summer months, it makes a rarer appearance. as do my beloved blue jeans. so today i’m taking the opportunity to ease into thursday with a casual chic ootd that makes my heart sing – graphic tee, cashmere cardigan, and blue jeans. nothing too exciting, but this pink flamingo tee has cute written all over it due to sequined feathers. and i happen to like the color combo pink and black so this ootd was a no-brainer. i amped up the volume with a pink necklace and gold cuff bracelet. then toned it down with classic pointy-toed flats and bamboo handle handbag. jeez, can you believe we zipped through the first week of may in record time? i don’t know about you, but this girl is ready for the weekend.

It’s been the same here–beautiful temps and nice light breezes, with no humidity. I’m cherishing it as I know what lies ahead. Cute look–I have also been wearing jackets and sweaters lately since I figured soon, I won’t be able to; it will be too toasty. You’re in the pink!

soooo many people asked me if I am from Florida when I wore my flamingo t shirt in Hawaii last week.
They seemed surprised when i said Texas!
