I love seeing the wonderful winter outfits you wear. As I live in Florida and it is cool ( never cold) only in the early morning hours, I must layer my clothes to make it through the day so most of what you wear is not appropriate. However keep up the good work as I wear beautiful winter clothes thru you!

    • Beth Djalali says:

florida, texas and california. oops, arizona too, have to adapt the outfits. but, hey, it’s a small price to pay for temperate weather. georgia can get downright blustery then bounce back into the sixties or seventies. happy holidays!

Now that’s a wonderful true red in that sweater! This year, we’ve been relatively calm and mellow. I can honestly say I’m enjoying it and relishing each moment. Coming up with recipes for Christmas week and visiting. It’s all good!

    • Suzanne M Smith says:

Oh, and movies? Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, (Ovaltine!), and Love, Actually.

  6. I’ve always loved Ralph Lauren. Did u see Jane Pauley interview him on CBS Sunday Morning? Very interesting life story.
White Christmas is hands down my favorite.
    It spans the generations.
My 7 & 8 yr old granddaughters love singing “Sisters, sisters”!
    We watch it every year.
    Enjoy this Christmas season.
You and your family are in my prayers.

  7. Suzi says:

Nothing more fun than A Griswold Family Christmas to get us going while sipping my homemade eggnog and eating snickerdoodles. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  8. sharon says:

Love your outfits. Our family watched It’s a Wonderful Life every year. I also love Miracle on 34th Street which gives away my age. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or Happy holidays to your family, Beth whichever applies.

  9. Marian says:

Beth, I love your blog. I come from a very different perspective as I was in school until I was in my 30’s (college, med school, residency, fellowship). I love Christmas Story (I live in Cleveland, OH) but my 2 favorite Christmas movies are Home Alone and (gasp) Die Hard. Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family.

  10. Sue says:

Love all the Ralph Laure. Heard in a store here in South Carolina, that they are filing for bankruptcy. Is it true they have closed the doors to the stores in NYC?

  11. Joann says:

    Hi Beth
Loved all your choices, especially the navy pant with the red stripe. You are so classy, you make everything look good. My favorite movie is “Remember The Night” with Barbara Stanwyck and Fred MacMurray (1940). Happy Holidays
