it’s back to preppy basics for today’s ootd. stripes are a staple in my closet, but it’s fun to mix the look up a bit with pattern. and i’m certain you’ve noticed pattern mixing is quite on trend these days. i’ve had these pants in my closet since we returned to the states in 2008, and look forward to pulling them out once summer arrives. the mustard color is quite versatile, and goes well with blue, orange, and certain shades of green. i stacked several gold bracelets for a little bling, but otherwise the look is kept free from accessories. a pair of sandals, my lily pulitzer tote i scored from target and it’s a perfect casual chic kind of day.

You always look so good. Do you spend a lot of time shopping? I mean how do you get it together all the time? What is the name of your toenail polish? What clothes do you suggest for a woman with anample busom.
you would be surprised to hear that i really don’t spend much time on shopping. i’m just organized and strategic when i do. i think the secret to having it together is having my closet streamlined and organized. i know where everything is so it doesn’t take me any time at all in the morning to put an outfit together. my nail and toe polish this week are lincoln park after dark.
