cheers to friday, gang! and the weekend ahead of us. oscar and ollie are in good hands while mr. style and i spend the weekend in florida. the touchdown at fort lauderdale-hollywood international airport went off without a hitch. the plane was actually early. when does that happen? so mr. style and i gathered our gear and headed straight to the hotel to freshen up for dinner at Seawatch by the Ocean. the weather was a balmy 90+ degree, so i was more than happy to slip into a cotton jumpsuit that beats that heat in style.
of course, the weather forecast is rain and more rain for the next few days in the sunshine state. which always puts a damper on photo shoots. needless to say, our day at the beach could be a washout. who knows? the weatherman has been known to be wrong a time or two. umbrellas are on standby. onward!

anyone notice the mismatched earrings? whenever i want to add a little whimsey to an outfit, i reach for these fish earrings. don’t you think a vacay demands a little FUN?!
oscar and ollie will be back next friday. in the meantime i wish each of you a lovely weekend!

Those stripes really lengthen the silhouette. Pretty look. It does sound like rain is on its way to the east coast this next week–hope you miss it while you’re in Florida. Have a great weekend!
