fridays with oscar
i have to admit my favorite photo shoots are the ones with oscar. you never know what will happen. today, he was hell bent on getting the stick that was just beyond the curb. i have no idea why a dog with as many bones as oscar has to chew on insists on picking up at least one stick on our walks about town. and today was no exception. you can see from the photo, fourth from the top, that he has eyes only for the stick. it was much the same with my boys when they were growing up. buy them the latest, greatest toy from toys r’ us, and they preferred to play with the box it came in… the flowers i have with me for today’s ootd are tulips and iris’ that my children gave me for mother’s day. there’s nothing like a bouquet of flowers to brighten up a home. so that’s it ladies, it’s a wrap for this week. oscar and i wish you a delightful weekend.

oscar steals the show, but i’m just fine with that! but the sandals are pretty fab, and happen to be my favorite color – pink.
