it’s home again, home again, jiggity jig! love those streets of san francisco, but there’s no place like home. mr. style and i caught the red-eye and slept all night after a whirlwind trip to california. if you missed any of the action on InstaStories, you could still view a story or two of our day trip to SF. we even squeezed in a photo shoot so stay tuned.
today’s ootd is all about flower power, ladies, and one brand i’ve taken a shining to lately – Boden. since my teenage years, there’s at least one pair of pants hanging in my closet with a bold print. this pair is from Boden’s fall collection similar here. they’re fun and sassy and a little bit preppy. they might be the star of this show if it weren’t for this adorable sweater. take a look at the sleeves! love the crochet buttonholes that add pizazz. this is the type of detail that always sets an item apart.

the weather’s been on the balmy side this past week. blazer/sweater weather is my favorite time of year as i love to add a third piece to my outfit to add some spit and polish. red sandals with a comfortable kitten heel and red handbag round this ootd off. now it’s time to unpack and hit the floor running.

I need to get out of my box. I haven’t worn patterned pants since some flag bell bottoms in the 70’s. I bought some white jeans, but haven’t dared to wear them.
start with the white denim then slowly branch out. don’t forget you can wear white jeans 365 days a year. since white goes with everything you will have a ball mixing and matching.
