      our health is directly related to food. our diet is 90% of the game although i can’t emphasize how important exercise is at any age but especially
      as we age.

    Hi Beth,
    I started my fitness journey in earnest in January of 2017 to prepare for multiple foot surgeries. One thing I have learned along the way is that it is a holiDAY not a holiMONTH. Helps keep things in perspective. Wishing you and yours wonderful holidays!
