Hi Beth. I know you had a knee replacement awhile back. I’m ten weeks out from mine. I’m up to walking two and a half miles now. How long before you felt you could do more intense workouts like Peloton and Orange Theory? I still have a lot of stiffness, but work daily at my rehab.
I eased back into workouts with Pilates, which helped my flexibility and knee rotation. My gait was off for a while, and I had to work on getting it back in alignment. I went to 10 Rolfing sessions which really helped! By this time, I added my Peloton workouts, and after that, I went back to Orange Theory. A year in all, before I incorporated all of these workouts. Slow and steady was my moto.
Beth I joined the Faster Way 2 and a half years ago after you posted about it. It helped me maintain and not gain during the pandemic.
I’m doing the New Year VIP challenge and look forward to getting back on track.
