This is a bit off topic………….I am preparing to have knee surgery. I am currently 60………been dealing with the knee issue for almost 4 years. I was a runner/jogger/walker. Have not been able to go for more than 20 minutes……………slow………… Did injections and the dr feels it is time……….how do you know???? You have been open about your surgery and most importantly recovery!!! Please share any insight!!! Much appreciated.
