Happy Thursday, ladies! Last week, I shared 5 essential fall shoes that every woman should own. I’m extending that list today with 5 more essential shoes every woman should own. Because, honestly, who can get enough shoes? Today, I’m featuring:
- ballet flats;
- riding boots;
- suede knee-high boots;
- runners; and
- rain boots.
Just like last week, for each shoe. I’ve pulled together two inspirational outfits that show you how to style them. And just like a few weeks ago, for each item type, I pulled in 4 of my favorites from my favorite retailers.
The Summary

The outfits I’m sharing are old, but I’ve built similar boards for them
For each essential, I pulled together 4 of my favorite picks from my favorite retailers
5 More Essential Fall Shoes Every Woman Should Own
1. Ballet Flats
Ballet flats always make my top 10 shoes for my fall and winter lists. These shoes have been in constant rotation since I was a teenager. I’ll never stop wearing them.

2. Calf-High Riding Boots
Riding boots made my 5 More Fall Essentials a couple of weeks ago. But I couldn’t not feature them again. They’re so essential to my Fall wardrobe every year. And I’m absolutely loving Talbots’ selection this year.

3. Suede Knee-High Boots
Suede is a more delicate fabric than leather so wear suede boots when the weather is mild. I’ll be wearing suede boots over jeans and under a skirt or dress all season long.

4. Running Shoes
If you are headed to the gym or just a walk around the block, you will want to have a pair of comfy running shoes on hand. But they also look great with jeans. Nike and New Balance are my favorite brands.
