    Beth,
I love a good cocktail but I’m a bourbon girl. My son introduced me to a Boulevadier. Similar to Negroni but with bourbon!

    Language,my dear!🤭

I don’t know about you or anyone else, but this year I think I may have a cocktail each and every evening. Love your blog and fashion!

There is something so sophisticated about cocktails. I didn’t grow up with happy hours or cocktails and our friends usually just offer wine as we all love exploring them. We ran out of wine during the early stages of lockdown in Canada, but had an ample supply of spirits..so. I made my first Ballini and fell in love. As soon as things finally resolve we will do a proper Happy Hour, replete with cocktails. Thank you for your delightful recipes – cheers 🥂

Mmmmm. These all sound yummy. I admit since my RA got bad, I don’t drink at all any more. (I was never a big drinker, but I do enjoy a fun drink here and there…) but somehow, when you tell yourself you “can’t” have it, it sure looks good, doesn’t it!? I enjoy seeing these vicariously, and I do still fix drinks for others. Keep ’em coming and have some for me!

Since husband’s been working at home, he is becoming an expert bartender. I gave him your recipe for the Greyhound, from god only knows when that was, and have been enjoying it often for our happy hour for two. A very refreshing drink! Thanks for the recipe.

  7. Pina colada
1/4 fresh pineapple chunked, and frozen
1 cup coconut cream, a shot of tequila and a shot of Cointreau. Good squeeze of lime ice if you want.
    Blend makes 2 drinks

Love all the cocktails – when we were in Italy last summer they serve a small little dish of chips or peanuts with every cocktail you order – our favorite? It’s an Aperol spritz. Today’s cocktail for us is a pina colada – every once in a while I need a sweet drink. I love all the graphic tees – that with my now new hair style – a French bob – I feel young again! Staying home for 3 months really makes you take the time to enjoy these little things in life even more.
