Happy Thursday! Beth and I are back home after our trip to Atlanta for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. We had a wonderful time, as usual; a nice dinner at a great Vietnamese Restaurant, and a great day shopping with my future sister-in-law, Chelsea, and our friend and photographer, Jessica. All three of us Djalali gals came home with an armload (or two!) of great finds at the NSale, and we can’t wait to share it all with you later this week. For today though, I am sharing one of the outfits I wore in Atlanta, Linen Trousers in a Fun Summer Print!

I recently saw the Linen Pant in Limone Print at J.Crew and I had to snap them up because I do love a print! There is a matching Linen Blazer that I still have my eye on to create a lovely suit set.
These linen pants have a loose leg and are very comfortable to wear in 95-degree weather, as it was in Atlanta. They do not come in petite, I could have left them alone and they would have fit me just fine with an ankle-length leg. But I wanted them cropped, so I had them taken up a couple of inches.
Contrary to the saturated look of the print on J.Crew’s Website, the colors of this limone print are light and bright. As you can see in my pictures, the print and colors are not overwhelming, making this print a fun print for spring and summer – perfectly easy to wear!
I wore this top in my post last week, and I mentioned then that this white Rumpled Satin Blouse from Vince Camuto at Nordstrom has become my go-to top for summer. I have it in black and white polka dot, and deep purple too. And, yesterday, I snapped up a beautiful denim blue color at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. So be sure to check out the other colors, because it is really a great top to have in your closet.
For my belt and shoes, I went with metallic. Gold and silver go beautifully with lemon yellow, so you can go either way when pairing shoes and a belt with these pants. These metallic gold heels are old, but I found a couple of similar styles: Similar Gold Block Heels and Gold Ankle Strap sandals.
Then, because I still don’t have a metallic handbag, I went with wicker. The Lunchbox Wicker Bag is by Frances Valentine, and it is available at Nordstrom, though it’s not part of the Anniversary Sale.
