if it’s wednesday then it’s time for date night. nothing too fancy as i’ve been working round the clock this past week with several irons in the fire. but it’s important to set aside work come five or six o’clock and head out the door to grab a bite to eat or catch a movie with my main squeeze of thirty-four years, mr. style.
lately, i’ve been on a black and white kick so it was an easy decision to throw on this black militaryesque blazer from ralph lauren. the inset velvet around the collar and buttons give the jacket enough oomph to dress it up or down. today, i’ve taken the middle road with the addition of black denim from nydj. the bow tie blouse adds a feminine touch as do the bow suede pumps. add a festive lip color (frenemy) a spotted calf hair clutch and date night is looking to be a casual affair with a little flair.
