spring style on repeat with black and white

are you ready for black and white on style repeat? ‘cuz it’s here. there’s nothing i love more than a versatile wardrobe. who doesn’t want items hanging in their closet that you reach for time and again? am i right? so today i’m wearing a pair of black and white floral pants last seen here. these jazzy pants are from Lord & Taylor available online at Walmart. this time i changed things up a bit and reached for a wardrobe basic instead of a white flowy top. it’s a simple black crewneck sweater that gets oodles of wear. when the season’s transition those wardrobe basics work overtime. if you haven’t yet read my back to basics series, a good place to start is this post.

many of you aren’t quite ready for sandal season. but now’s as good a time as any to head to the salon for a pedicure. it’s those simple pleasures in life that keep us looking at the top of our game. for me time spent in the salon chair is downtime. and i looooove a foot massage – they’re so relaxing. my tootsies are sporting a fun spring shade so i couldn’t resist wearing these adorable pearl embellished sandals from Tory Burch. the sandals feature a comfy block heel and come in three colors black, tan, and linen white. there’s a 100% chance you’ll be seeing these sandals on style repeat. 

and i couldn’t wait to trot out my leather and wicker handbag with a bamboo handle from Talbots. nothing says spring and summer quite like wicker.

nest jewelry has become one of my favorite brands in recent years. i reach for this black bangle set time and again. sometimes, i take the gold bangle and wear it solo.
