Oh wow!!! Your son lives on Sesame Street! I love the garden space. It is so neat and clean and urban! 🙂 gwingal

      hi nikki!
oh i love the comparison! it does look like sesame street. didn’t his garden turn out well? he is quite proud of it as well he should be. it’s waiting for all sorts of summer shenigans.

Great garden! Your son’s going to be a fabulous cook too, with his kitchen garden herbs right there, ripe for the picking. I see a mean pesto in his future.

Safe travels–as someone who’s in and out of airports all over creation all the time, I can relate to the packing and simple airport wear. I love a classic v-neck sweater. You may need it in Minneapolis, too. I once went in September and had to buy a winter pea coat as it was already snowing. I’d brought a blazer, but wound up running out to buy a coat and gloves! Between MN and Colorado, lots of craziness in the weather.

    Have fun!

isn’t the nyc garden adorable? andrew has worked hard to get it whipped into shape for all those summer bbq’s he’s planning.
and it’s always a good idea to bring along an extra layer or two. you never know when you’ll need it. especially in those tricky regions like mn and co. i remember one memorable minnesota 4th of july spent in layers of sweatpants and sweatshirts…

      hi debbi!
thanks for stopping by! i particularly liked this tote because it has texture to it as well as stripes. and it’s just the right size for a travel tote. hope you’re enjoying the long summer days!
