Happy Friday!

Recipes:
Very Sexy Martini
Liquor.com
3 raspberries
5 mint leaves
1 oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. lime juice
1 ½ oz.Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne, or another comparable sparkling rosé, to top
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: raspberry
In a shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint with the simple syrup. Add the vodka and lime juice, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a mint spring and a raspberry. Heart-shaped Pasta, Dark Chocolate Strawberry Bars, Raspberry Mousse Cakes, Conversation Heart Candies.
1 lb. Heart-shaped Pasta
1.5 tbsp. Kosher Salt (for seasoning the pasta water)
2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated, plus extra for serving
5 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut into 5 pieces
Black Pepper, optional, for serving
Set 3 quarts of water to boil in a large pot over high heat. When the water is boiling, add 1.5 tablespoons of kosher salt to the water, then add the pasta. Set a timer for 8 minutes and test the pasta doneness beginning at the 8-minute mark. For almost al dente, Fettuccine will cook for about 9 minutes. When the pasta is just about to al dente, ladle out 2 cups of pasta water into a measuring cup and set aside.
Drain the pasta and without shaking off the excess water in the colander, add it back to the pot. Add the butter, cheese, and 1 cup of the reserved pasta water. Turn the heat up to medium-low and vigorously stir the pasta.
It will look all wrong at first. It will be super watery. But as we vigorously stir the pasta with the starchy water, butter, and cheese the pasta will continue cooking and soaking up the water, creating a thick, smooth sauce. Keep adding a drizzle of pasta water as needed to keep the mixture smooth. Keep stirring until a smooth, creamy, glossy sauce coats the pasta.
Cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the pasta rest for about 3 minutes. Then stir again (add a drizzle more of pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed) and serve.

Ingredients
3 mini-cucumber slices
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for muddling, plus one lemon slice for squeezing
4 ounces Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Directions
In a rocks glass, muddle 1 mini-cucumber slice and fresh lemon juice. Top with ice, 2 more mini-cucumber slices, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, a squeeze from one slice of lemon, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Greek Power Bowls
Damn Delicious
¾ cup whole wheat couscous
1 3/4-pound globe eggplant, halved and sliced
2 medium zucchini, sliced into 3/4-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
¾ cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained
½ cup pitted kalamata black olives
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Red wine garlic vinaigrette
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
To make the red wine garlic vinaigrette, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon, garlic, oregano, and 1 1/2 tablespoons water; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook couscous according to package instructions; set aside. Place eggplant and zucchini in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until tender. Divide couscous into bowls. Top with eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, red peppers, olives and feta. Serve immediately with red wine garlic vinaigrette, garnished with parsley, if desired.
