Happy Friday, ladies! March will officially be closed for business once the clock strikes midnight. Spring has officially arrived and we all know that April Showers bring May Flowers. All is right with mother nature as it’s time to step outside and enjoy the longer days, sunshine, and blue skies. As I left Pilates last night around 7ish we all commented how nice it was to leave class with daylight still hanging around and mild temps. Spring is a glorious time of year when the earth renews itself and we get to go along for the ride. I've got a great lightweight shirt and cocktail for for the weekend.
Today, I'm featuring a lightweight shirt from J.McLaughlin
The shirt is modeled, and I pulled together 2 alternates

Today’s OOTD is definitely spring-like. I am loving all things J.McLaughlin the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the clothes. It’s on the pricey side but worth every penny due to the fit, quality, and variety. What I also love about this brand (Banana Republic too) is that they don’t discontinue an item the second it hits the floor.
So if you love the Jamey sweater you will find it available year after year the same with their Lois shirt or Fallon linen shirt. A few of my favorites are the Ivy Pant I have in blue and gingham, Jamey sweater in a subtle stripe and white, and the Britt linen shirt in navy and pink.

Today, I purchased their Brynn linen shirt that I absolutely LOVE! It’s lightweight and so comfy to wear with a lovely drape. I know this shirt will be on style repeat all spring and summer. Fridays with Oscar are always about casual chic so I typically slip into a pair of denim. One of my go-to's is this cropped flare from Frame. And the pink buckle slides are from the Scoop line available at Walmart.
Spring and summer is when my jewelry gets to shine and I love to discover new jewelry lines. Jenny Bird is a brand new to me and I’m loving these huggie hoops. I’ve long been a fan of Lagos and have a Mother’s Day partnership with them on Instagram next month. This toggle pearl necklace is right up my alley. And give me all the enamel bangles that add a little FUN to your outfit.

Love the casual outfit you’re wearing top to bottom! Happy weekend to you Oscar and Ollie!
Great outfit and I love the way you styled it. So nice and casual. I love the top, but I don’t think the boob pockets would love me!
It’s great that you give alternative boards. You put so much hard work into your blog…so much great info!
It IS appreciated.
I am thoroughly enjoying your spring magazine too!
