- 1 1/2 ounces tequila blanco
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 to 4 jalapeño pepper slices
- Kosher salt for the rim
- For the garnish: Lime wedge, more jalapeño slices
Rim the glass with salt.
Add tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake it together with ice cubes and…the jalapeno slices!
Strain the drink into a glass and add ice. Garnish with a few more jalapeño slices and lime wedge. Enjoy!
