shorts and summer go together like sugar spice. sure, one without the other is fine, but put the two together and it’s a slice of heaven. especially if the temps are warm. white is the perfect summer color, and this pair could go with any number of tops. i almost threw on a black and white tunic, but instead, chose a short sleeve button-down. this outfit is crisp and clean, and is perfect for running errands, a day of sightseeing, or a museum exhibit. take your pick. the belt gives this simple outfit a bit of oomph, but for whatever reason i almost always have a belt on. if the temps run a bit cooler tie a cardi around your neck or jean jacket around your waist. otherwise, i’m ready to start my day looking casually chic.
