I’m starting tomorrow, too! It’s my first time. Nervous! But I’m looking forward to doing it together!

Beth, I joined Faster Way on May 4 and am amazed at how easy it is to follow. So different from other diets I’ve dine. I read about it on your blog and so appreciate you sharing the referral link. I also have a Peloton and am grateful to be able to work out at home now.

You are a wonderful advertisement for this program. The food looks so good and easy to make. I find I want to simplify my life now.

I began eating this way a year ago and have lost 70 lbs at age 62 and am currently 10 lbs below my original goal. I feel better than I have in years despite also needing knee surgery in April. I think giving up refined sugar is one of the best things I have ever done for myself!

I joined last year based upon your postings. I cannot tell you how great the program has been. I lost weight and eat more calories now than I did before I started the program. Not only that, I don’t spend as much time in the gym.
The daily work out videos are 30 to 40 minutes and are challenging.

The program is kept fresh with monthly challenges and the suggested menus are extremely helpful.

Fantastic find on your part!! Thank you for the recommendation.

Beth, Thank you for the encouragement and inspiration for losing weight and getting fit. It is a real challenge to do this after the age of 50.
One thing that helped me so much was when my doctor ran some tests, and discovered that I had a slow thyroid, (before age 50, my thyroid was normal).
He put me on prescription thyroid meds, and my excess weight (put on after the age of 50) melted off. But still, regular exercise and eating right…these are essential.

Beth, so glad for today’s topic. I am soon to be 61. I don’t do FWTFL but I do know and apply healthy eating principles and i work out and walk 10,000+ steps at least day 5 days a week. However, I still cannot seem to lose the final 10 lbs I put on during menopause. No matter what I do! Is it inevitable that “some” weight comes and “stays” after 50- or is it hormones or genetics, as I’ve read/heard? Anyone else relate? All input is helpful, ladies. Thank you!

    You always look amazing!

$200? Is it really worth it? I’m 61,active,healthy but need to lose 20.
I breakfast at 7am. Does that require I eat my last meal around 4pm?
    I’m sceptical
Don’t really enjoy having to use my phone for workouts, finding recipes..
    I’m considering however.
    Btw…good luck Beth.

Dear Georgia peach, I’m 64, very active, and thought I was eating healthy. I had about 10 stubborn pounds to remove. I joined Faster Way in February and what a difference! I, too, wondered if the cost was worth it but I will eat this way for the rest of my life! My biggest bonus was a skin disorder I’ve had 4 years on six of my fingers. At its worst, the itching and pain would wake me at night. Dermatologist meds did nothing; I tried elimination diets several times with no result. After 10 weeks on this program, my skin is healed and like a baby’s bottom! I’ve lost my excess inches; increased energy, muscle definition, better sleep, etc. I have sooooo many other positive results as well. It’s well worth the investment!

Looking good, Beth. Hope you’re feeling better every day knee-wise. I still marvel every single day of my life at how the knee surgeries gave me my life back. It’s a tough road, but I was one of the fortunate ones, and I am so appreciative.
