so this is my favorite time of the week, friday. there is something to be said about the week being complete tied into a neat little package. and it seems the world concurs. after all, no one ever went around jabbering TGIW or TGIT, at least no one i’m acquainted with. and even though the temps are soaring into the 80’s and even 90’s in some parts of the states, here in san francisco, oscar and i braved temps that hovered in the low 50’s. i’m sporting a scarf with my summer-like outfit just to stay warm. most days, i’m layering cashmere sweaters with jackets, plus a scarf… oh, san francisco. oscar will be having his first training session today with a private trainer. he is truly an above average german shepherd, which says a lot, and we’ll see where his aptitudes take him. this morning when i took out several eggs to warm to room temperature before i made scrambled eggs, oscar decided to snatch one in his mouth. my husband thought oscar had a golf ball in his mouth and asked him to drop it. oscar promptly did just that. the egg broke when it hit the ground, but before that the egg was securely in his mouth, unbroken. this dog is not only good looking, but smart. a killer combination. and, on that note, oscar and i wish each and every reader a wonderful weekend. see you monday!

How long does it take you to put an outfit together? Does it magically appear in your head? You rock what ever you wear.
i have my go-to looks that don’t take very much thought on my part. but when i’m putting together looks for the blog i put more time and effort into the overall outfit and usually start with one key piece and build on that. happy friday, sweetie!
