blue jeans and boyfriend sweater
there’s something in the air today that felt like fall. and while the calendar clearly states it’s august, here in san francisco the fog rolled in, and the wind kicked up. since fall is just around the corner, i didn’t mind slipping into a super comfy french terry cardigan. i love the longer length of this sweater which keeps the overall look of today’s ootd long and lean. i was also happy to pull out one of my favorite belts. i’ve long been a fan of tucking my shirt in to showcase an assortment of belts i’ve collected through the years. belts are the perfect accessory that give any outfit the extra panache it needs without going over the top. notice how the belt color coordinates beautifully with my tote and ballet flats. i love the color scheme of brown and blue. they go together as perfectly as milk and cookies.
