it’s getting to look a lot like spring around here. daffodils already had their swan song, annuals are planted left and right, and the trees are loaded with buds. i expect mother nature will put on a spectacular show over the next few weeks. georgians claim spring is about 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule. and it’s been that kind of year weather-wise.
rain or shine oscar loves his walks around town. so do i. and i don’t know about you, but i am sooooo happy friday is here. this past week, actually two weeks, the blog has been plagued with one tech issue after another. and while the tech team is hard at work we haven’t quite gotten to the bottom of it.
but back to friday. hooray! i hope you have a few fun activities penciled in your schedule. our youngest is home this weekend so i imagine we will head to the georgia theater. this venue has a rooftop deck where you can camp out with a cold beer and burger and listen to local bands. the weather should be just about perfect. and i’m ready for a cold beverage (or two) especially after a week like this!

Pretty spring colors! I like the raw edges on the jacket with the more refined pinks and spring colors. I actually have that jacket and have worn it a number of times. Happy almost-spring!
Today was brisk and I was actually thrilled to wear some of my winter-y clothes–I miss that!
i do like this denim jacket with the frayed edges. it’s a nice twist to a classic.
and the pants are definitely a dusky pink. super comfortable to wear.
