    Looking fab Beth. Love the yoga tank and may need to grab that. I’ve been doing “intermittent fasting for the last 8 months and it really works for me. It’s had some important health benefits for me as well. But working out, walking my dog, Gunner, sleep, hydration…it all goes together as you said.     Love this Beth! And you are lookin’ good! We all know this about our health, but get so caught up in life that we forget to focus on it and ourselves.
    I just ordered a pilates system and can’t wait for it to arrive! I’ve had some back issues over this past year, and I think this will help me stretch and as you said, be more mobile.
