Asparagus Parmigiana

Ingredients

1 Bunch Asparagus, bottoms trimmed

Olive Oil

Garlic Herb Seasoning (mix up Italian Seasoning and garlic powder)

Marinara Sauce

Provolone Cheese

Shredded Mozzarella

Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Grated Parmesan


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400º. Toss the asparagus with olive oil on a baking sheet. Line up the asparagus in the center of the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic herb seasoning.

Spoon marinara down the center of the asparagus lineup. 

Top the marinara with provolone slices. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on the seasoned breadcrumbs and top with grated Parmesan cheese. 

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melty. Put under the broiler for 2 minutes to lightly brown the top.
