4 oz. Gin

1 oz. Campari

2 oz. Simple Syrup

2 oz. Lemon Juice

Top with Prosecco or Champagne

Grapefruit Twist, garnish

Instructions

Shake all but the grapefruit twist and bubbly in a cocktail shaker with ice until very cold. Strain into a flute or coupe glass and top with bubbly. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
