Peach Tomato Burrata Snack Plate

Fresh Peaches, sliced in wedges

Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Prosciutto

Coppa

2 Burrata Balls

Fresh Herbs like Basil and Oregano

Olive Oil

Flaky Sea Salt

Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


Instructions

Layer peach slices, tomato slices, prosciutto, and coppa on a serving plate. 

Break up two balls of burrata cheese and place on top. 

Drizzle with olive oil. Top with fresh herbs, flaky finishing salt, and black pepper.
