fridays with oscar
another week has come and gone. which means it’s friday with oscar. we discovered this past week that oscar could be an awesome soccer player. an old soccer ball was rediscovered and oscar has pounced on it. he never met a ball he didn’t love and this one was no exception. we’ve had many rounds of me kicking the ball and oscar chasing after it, but let me tell you he can manipulate that ball quite well with his paws. and might even be an amazing goalie since he’s able to deflect my kicks with speed and agility. needless to say, we’ve had loads of fun with our new pastime. maybe i should qualify that statement – oscar has had loads of fun because he never tires. i, on the other hand, can only handle so much soccer… i wanted to point out my scarf in today’s ootd. it’s square which is all the rage these days since it ties into a neat kerchief around the neck. this style was quite popular when my mother was a teen, and i have scores of photos with her sporting a neckerchief. this particular scarf is from target, and they are going fast.

Another great outfit to pin! I do have a red vest and brown boots… So glad to be able to visit you again…my screen time has been curtailed due to a light sensitivity problem and an eye inflammation. I’ve missed you and will backtrack to catch up on your entries.
i am so sorry to hear about your eye inflammation! but i’m happy to hear you are feeling better. nothing is as important as our eyesight. what a sweet photo of you and your guy! absolutely lovely.
