it’s a rare day when you find me wearing socks. and, one of the reasons is the fact we lived in tropical climates for well over 15 years. flip-flops and sandals were my footwear of choice most days back then, even now, i typically remains sockless or tightless. but when happy socks approached me for a collaboration i didn’t hesitate a nano-second. the name of the brand says it all – happy socks. each pair of socks just brings a smile to your face, and we all know you can never smile enough in this life. happy people are just darn fun to hang out with. besides, i’ve been purchasing these socks for the men in my life for the past several years, and they love them! so what better day to don a pair of snazzy socks than fridays with oscar? we tried to get oscar into the act, but that lasted all of 10 seconds… i’ve cuffed my jeans a little higher than usual so you can see just how terrific these socks are. are you ready to get happy? go check them out. Happy Socks.
p.s. what do you think of my jazzy red loafers. ’tis the season to be jolly. fa la la la la

Love the loafers! My feet are almost alway cold, so I’m always in “footies” at least. The striped socks are such a fun addition.
i’m laughing because my mother’s feet were always cold, and wore what we called back in the day “golf” socks 24/7! i can still see her padding around the kitchen in her pj’s and socks, drinking her coffee. but aren’t my new red loafers the best? lately, i’ve been on the hunt for red shoes and was so happy to stumble on these – on sale!
