Ingredients

2-3 Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
Feta
2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz. Feta Brine
Instructions
Stuff each olive with a small piece of feta. Thread 2-3 olives on a cocktail pick and set aside.
Add vodka, dry vermouth and feta brine to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the feta-stuffed olives.
