Name: Roasted Nuts with Herbs
Ingredients: 3 cups Raw Nuts, like almonds or pecans, or a combination; ⅓ cup Olive Oil; 2 tsp. Kosher Salt, plus more to taste; ½ tsp. Black Pepper; 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes; 2 Garlic Cloves, minced or pressed; Zest from 1 Lemon; 2 tsp. Fresh Thyme

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Aperol

2 oz. Orange Juice

3/4 oz. Pomegranate Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Prosecco

Orange Slice, for garnish

Thyme Sprig, for garnish

Instructions

In a wine glass filled with ice, combine Aperol, Orange Juice, Pomegranate Juice and simple syrup.

Stir well and top with Prosecco.

Garnish with orange slice and thyme sprig.
