A Classic Blazer with a Modern Touch

Today’s featured item is a Bristol Blazer from J.Crew. Ultimately, I’m a classic dresser with a preppy flair, and nothing strikes that note better than a blazer.
I’m loving this blazer for two reasons: the button details and the color. And as I’ve said it all Spring long: color is in this year.
But at the end of the day bright, bold colors aren’t for everyone. And what’s nice about this particular shade of pink: it’s subdued, making it a perfect way to introduce color into your wardrobe.

I have been looking at this blazer for about 2 weeks, telling myself I did not need another one.
That this light pale pink was not my color, but when you showed the alternate look with the blue top to go underneath, I bit and bought it today. blazers look fantastic with dresses. just pay attention to proportions. and plaid blazers are going strong for summer.
