These Are The Sandals Jackie Kennedy Loved

Jacks are my favorite summer sandal- I have them in many colors and some that are at least 15 years old! Through the years they have gotten more expensive, but they pay for themselves because they last. I even wore them to my son’s outdoor wedding. I love that you used them in today’s post. I also love the button-down with shorts- a favorite casual look for me and by your wearing it I feel as if I am wearing the right things, even at over 60. Thanks, Beth, for showing those of us over 65 that we can and do remain stylish!

Jack Rogers is a perennial favorite! I can’t wait to trot them out and about once the temps get warm.
Thanks so much for being here! I so appreciate your sweet comment.

    Dear Beth,

As a subscriber, look forward to your e-mails! I also enjoyed reading Marlene Kristoff’s Saturday musings,, which I miss. Hope that she’ll return to writing for you in the Fall.

  3. I bought my first pair of Jack Rogers sandals last summer and love them! I got them in light tan color and might have to get them white this year. I need a new pair of white sandals anyway. Your outfit is casual and comfy looking. Have fun with your friend this weekend in Charleston.
I made myself and BLT salad a couple of weeks ago and was so good. The peach tea sounds good too. I am a big tea drinker.
    Hi Oscar and Ollie.

Hi, Beth…Hi, Oscar…and Ollie! Great post. Aren’t they all? Thanks to those featuring looks like today’s, am sailing through the, ahem, 70s, enjoying looks that make me feel like me! Thanks for leading the way with polished looks! Am a Jackie fan since a young girl, too. A long lifetime later, still sit up and take notice of her perennial style. Enjoy your friend! Hugs~

Hi Oscar! The Peach tea looks so delicious! Fun to see you in casual mode, Beth … I like your sandals but I’m partial to Palm Beach brand of that Jackie style sandal. Just a personal preference.
    Happy Weekend in Charleston!
