It’s always so fun to look back through the posts of the last year on the blog. Oscar loves to run and chase his ball all summer long. July saw us outside, enjoying time in the backyard. Summer in Georgia means peaches so we had a wonderful, summery bourbon peach smash and a light and refreshing pepperoncini tuna salad.

The dog days of summer demanded a refreshing afternoon cucumber salad and a twist on our favorite summertime Aperol cocktail with an Aperol Sour.

We welcomed fall with bold and neutral outfits and we gave a fall update to a classic Paloma cocktail with the addition of pomegranate juice, which accompanied a flavorful and healthy recipe for roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with chimichurri sauce.

OSCAR! You can’t imagine, Beth, how much seeing him means to me (and I think many) every Friday. I have adopted him in my heart as a favorite dog (my two senior girls both sadly passed away in March and Sept. of 2020.)
