It’s always so fun to look back through the posts of the last year on the blog. I especially enjoy going back through Fridays with Oscar for several reasons, but one of them is I always get re-inspired by the recipes we made. February 2023
For Super Bowl weekend we made an easy cocktail punch for a crowd with Sunday Funday Punch and a delicious chili lime popcorn snack.
March 2023
Spring was in the air in March and we made a Grapefruit Mimosa and a Greek Turkey Bowl with spinach, olives, and fresh herbs.

May 2023
Memorial Day brought warm temps and what better way to celebrate the unofficial kickoff to summer than with an ice cream social!
July 2023
Oscar loves to run and chase his ball all summer long. July saw us outside, enjoying time in the backyard. Summer in Georgia means peaches so we had a wonderful, summery bourbon peach smash and a light and refreshing pepperoncini tuna salad.

August 2023
The dog days of summer demanded a refreshing afternoon cucumber salad and a twist on our favorite summertime Aperol cocktail with an Aperol Sour.
October 2023
We welcomed fall with bold and neutral outfits and we gave a fall update to a classic Paloma cocktail with the addition of pomegranate juice, which accompanied a flavorful and healthy recipe for roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with chimichurri sauce.

OSCAR! You can’t imagine, Beth, how much seeing him means to me (and I think many) every Friday. I have adopted him in my heart as a favorite dog (my two senior girls both sadly passed away in March and Sept. of 2020.)
