blue, blue, my world is blue, or at least my sweater and shoes are. and what a gorgeous shade of blue named blue cashmere! the soft and simple crewneck sweater is from Halogen, a Nordstrom Made brand exclusive to Nordstrom. the white linen track-style pants are from Caslon available in four colors. the reviews suggested to size down one size, but i stuck with my typical size medium and happy that i did because they fit to a T. and what about these adorable blue suede loafers from Caslon available in five colors? talk about the perfect spring resort wear outfit?! this is definitely it.

when spending any time in the sun, a Panama hat (available in three colors) is always a good idea to protect your face. if walking along the sand is in your future, these jelly sandals can be washed off after a day at the beach.

Oh, the blue sweater and white pants so marvelously scream “resort” and “warm weather”. In southern Missouri we’re having a bit of a cold snap; only 39 this morning. Possibly up to 68 this afternoon. Anyway, I sure would have enjoyed where you went for your getaway!

Great post! I did not realize Halogen was a Nordstrom brand. I seek out the Nordstrom brand when I shop because it offers such value. Most recently, I bought a Nordstrom brand robe for travel. Absolutely love it so much that it is now my warm weather robe.

Cheered me up considerably to see resort wear. Although I suspect it’s still too cold for me to go near the water on my beach, tropical breeze can be a killer, I still love 💕 seeing such a beautiful outfit. Love the accessories!
last we had highs in the 80s this week it’s 60s. such a fickle time of year. but love this shade of blue that’s for certain.

Great outfit! Have added this sweater to my shopping bag at Nordstrom. It’s not the color I would have picked out for myself a few years ago, but every time I wear a blue like this I get compliments, so it has definitely grown on me, lol! The added confidence I have from losing some weight and getting back into shape has helped more than the compliments though I have to say. How we feel about ourselves is so important.

Well…one more time Nordstrom is again in the a$$ because they sell different things to US customers from nordstrom.com than they do to Canadian customers on nordstrom.ca
It was waaaaaay better when i could just order from the .com site and pay Duty….now I can’t even do that. I wish Nordstrom would figure out that this is not the way to make customers happy
it does get confusing! hopefully, they can work it out.
