once october rolls into town it’s most likely sweater weather for many of us. i know, there are definitely those regions where it’s still too hot to don anything other than a sleeveless shirt in a fallish color. but for most of the country this time of year means dusting off our cardigans and turtlenecks and pulling them on when the temps start to dip. for me, it’s like welcoming an old friend when i see a favorite sweater once again. today’s ootd is plain and simple, but one of my favorites – a long cardigan, turtleneck and jeans. it’s an outfit made for fall days with leaves crunching underneath your feet, and a chill in the air. and maybe a cup of hot apple cider.

I love a long cardigan over a turtleneck! Looking great as always!
for whatever reason, long cardigans just look chic!

My favorite time of year is autumn. I love your daily looks Beth, I don’t know how you manage to put together a stylish outfit everyday – but you do! You really have a great eye!
