florals for fall? yes, please. notice the subtle pattern mix with this shirt that has stripes and florals combined. since i’m wearing a button-down, i decided to add a blazer (this is the one from yesterday’s post) and blue jeans. love my style uniform that makes it easy to get ready in the morning. this ootd was what i wore when i spoke to the undergrad advertising class. what a fun afternoon. the students were energized and thoughtful with their questions. many of you asked what i spoke about – social media influence and influencer marketing.
anyhoo, mr. style and i are having a ball in boston. and made time for a red sox game. fenway park is gorgeous. what better way to spend an evening than watching america’s favorite pastime?! a beer, a brat, and baseball, plus gorgeous temps. i couldn’t resist adding a few photos.

The blouse is beautiful…glad we can wear florals into fall and not just fall colors of oranges and browns. You two are having a super time! xoxo
This is one of my favorite looks, I always feel good wearing jeans and a blazer. I’m a bit surprised that you’re calling it a blazer though, I’d call it a Chanel style jacket. Maybe it’s a regional thing? Nevertheless, a great look.
So nice to see photos of Boston and you and Mr. Style are obviously having a great time – enjoy!
What’s the temperature like there? We have had record breaking heat for days and I really want to wear some fall outfits. It hasn’t stopped me from decorating for fall however. My house looks warm and cozy. I love that blazer—I just bought 3 from Talbots because they have some really great looking blazers, sweaters and ponchos this fall. I can’t wait for the trunk show. I love this jacket with jeans.
We were in Boston in the spring and I wish I had gone to the mother ship Talbots in Hingham, Massachusetts. Any plans to visit?
What a beautiful blouse!
